'Avengers 2: Age of Ultron' Trailer, Footage & Plot: Top 5 Spoilers From New Extended Trailer

Marvel Studios released the extended trailer for the upcoming blockbuster, "Avengers: Age of Ultron" on Wednesday.

Much of the footage from the earlier trailers is seen in the newest teaser only it has a longer opening in addition to a lengthened voiceover by Ultron -- voiced by "The Blacklist"'s James Spader.

For those who want to dissect the two and a half minute long teaser video, here we have the top 5 spoilers from the said trailer:

The film is going to be intense - Needless to say, the sequel of "Avengers" has a darker energy as we see clips of our superheroes looking forlorn. One thing's for sure, Spader's Ultron is a worthy opponent for the mighty powers of the Avengers who face mortal peril as they go up against the creation of Tony Stark.

Ultron pulls his own "House Party" protocol - Ultron seems to have taken a cue from "Iron Man 3" when Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) introduced a variety of autonomous armor suits to face The Mandarin. In the opening scene of the extended trailer, we see Ultron and a number of Iron man suits attack the Avengers.

Vox wrote, "We see Ultron say some ominous things, and then we see him use Iron Man suits to attack the Avengers." They continued: "It shows you what he's capable of, and makes you think about the giant mess that he's going to make at the Avengers' tower."

Iron Man Attacks - A new scene shown in the trailer is that of Iron Man, or possibly one of his suits, attacking people who looked to be in uniform. Vox noted that this new scene could be teasing the involvement of Hydra and its agents.

The Hulk escapes - Around the 1:11 mark, we see The Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) stumbling through a frost-covered forest wearing only pants and eventually falls to the ground. The snippet could indicate that Bruce Banner, The Hulk's alter ego, is going to be captured and escapes or is separated from the group.

The surrounding area seems to be somewhere in Eastern Europe, noted the online publication. The scene The Hulk is in is similar to the weather profile of the location where Iron Man is seen attacking uniformed men.

Claudia Kim is in the film - The UK extended trailer released earlier showed an unidentified woman in the party of superheroes. This new footage has now revealed how the woman looks. Buzzfeed via IB Times has reported that sources indicate she is Claudia Kim, or Kim Soo-hyun, a Korean TV personality.

See the sequel to the "Avengers" when the film, "Avengers: Age of Ultron" hits theaters on May 1, 2015.
