The twin brother duo hosts of HGTV's top fixer-upper transformation reality show, "Property Brothers," are going to be among the featured experts who will take center stage on the first "Philly Home + Garden Show" happening on Jan. 15-17 at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center.
According to Metro, there will be about 150 display booths representing various companies, products and individuals who belong to the massive home improvement industry. People who are planning to build a house or do some renovation work will definitely find it extremely useful to be at the expo. There will be a feast of home décor, building materials and an extensive lineup of DIY projects that will be demonstrated live.
But the real treat for homeowners and designers who will be visiting the show is the live demo and consultation to be conducted by HGTV's "Property Brothers" Jonathan and Drew Scott alongside Chip Wade of "Elbow Room." Aside from being famous celebrities, their expertise on home design can prove to be a gem for fans and visitors especially since they are actually there in the flesh ready to answer questions and discuss design problems to a live audience.
Guests and participants have a slew of DIY activities they can participate in and they can get a tour of a smart home model that is installed with the latest home technology. There are also six gardens with different landscape designs for those seeking inspiration on how to spruce up their own lawns and backyards.
Meanwhile, according to Pop Sugar, Jonathan and Drew are considered rock stars by HGTV with the twins hosting four different shows aside from "Property Brothers." They also host "Buying and Selling," "Property Brothers at Home," and "Brother vs. Brother." No less than the president of the network has said that the twins are her own version of box-office kings.
