Eva Longoria Net Worth: Former 'Desprate Housewives' Star Bought Tom Cruise's Hollywood Home for $11.4 Million

Eva Longoria bought the four-bedroom Hollywood Hills estate of Tom Cruise which is one home that everyone would like to own because of its breathtaking design. At first, the buyer of the property owned by Cruise was kept a secret but was finally revealed as first reported by Variety.

The former "Desperate Housewives" star purchased the home for $11.4 million which is $1.5 million below the 2.5-acre estate's original asking price.

The gated and elegant European-style home and spacious guest house is located above Laurel Canyon, with panoramic views over the San Fernando Valley. With that price tag, the home indeed fits for a star as it features an Italian farmhouse kitchen, wide plank oak floors, and Venetian plaster walls.

The living room of the house has vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and extra large fireplace featuring a rustic European elegance. Its Italian farmhouse-style kitchen boasts high-end appliances which is great for food preparation, Pop Sugar reported.

It also features three en suite bedrooms and has a secondary residence intended for staff or guests were you can find additional four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The main house is overlooking a heated, lagoon-style swimming pool with a footbridge and a waterfall. It is across a stone-paved driveway from a trellis-shaded dining terrace, a playground for children and a detached three-car garage.

The stone driveway and quaint pathways connect the different areas of the estate from the main house to the guest house, outdoor spaces, and stone structure. Said stone structure is a perfect area for wine storage and tastings.

Glass walls and floor to ceiling windows in the main house allows a glorious view of the sweeping city, canyon, and mountain views even while indoors.

Aside from this residence that is added to Longoria's net worth, she owns other residential real estate holdings. It includes an ordinary home in a gated development in San Antonio, a $1.15 million Italian bungalow in L.A.’s historic Whitley Heights that was purchased in 2005, and a $3.6 million mansion in the Hollywood Dell neighborhood with an area of 8,600 square-feet that she bought back up in 2006.
