New XPlan Mortgage Solution Tool Helps Real Estate Brokers, Advisers About Clients' Mortgage Issues

The XPlan Mortgage solution was proposed by a financial market technology firm in the UK, Iress, just recently. This tool includes modules that contain all the core functions required for all mortgage advice processes.

The XPlan Mortgage conforms to the needs of the real estate brokers, mortgage advisers as well as the clients concerned such as the tracking of the mortgage summary or even the information outsourcing to each individual case per client.

This is also considered an extension to the Trigold mortgage sourcing module which means that it also provides additional functionality to advisers to allow them to gather all the necessary information needed to manage and study individual cases in just a single, connected system.

The XPlan Mortgage contains the dashboard summary of the case, the client and the activity as well as the generation of the record of suitability which allows them and the consumer to track and understand the given advice per case.

Andrew Simon, the executive general product manager at Iress, said, "The new advice module works seamlessly with the existing sourcing module to give intermediaries the flexibility of anytime, anywhere access to clients' cases and mortgage sourcing."

He added, "Its dashboard summary eases the ever increasing burden of compliance, enabling advisers to dedicate more time to actually advising their clients rather than administrative tasks."

The XPlan Mortgage really solved the problems of the real estate brokers as well as those clients' involved in any mortgage issues through giving them such convenience to track and to source different information regarding their individual case or problem. They could even see the total cost summary in this product.

Iress' multimillion pound investment program, XPlan Mortgage, was released at the end of July of 2015 and so far, it has been the top recommended module for any mortgage concerns.
