The owner of Perrier has listed the property in the market after 56 years, a report from Top Ten Real Estate Deals said. According to the report, the famous "Castle of la Croix des Gardes" was originally built back in 1919. The estate is specifically located in Quartier des Anglais, a place where expensive mansions inspired by the French Riviera era can be found 700 feet above sea level. The castle proudly sits on 24 acres of lot and has 13,000 square feet of living space. It features 13 elegant and spacious bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

Classically styled gardens offer views of the sea and snow-peaked mountains. The palatial compound's proximity to Cannes offers some of the best dining, shopping and cultural events in the world."
The Castle of la Croix des Gardes became popular after several scenes from the movie titled "To Cath A Thief" were shot in the lavish castle. It can be recalled that American actress Grace Kelly fell in love with the castle's beautiful Florentine-style architectures, well-manicured gardens, and classy interior designs. Thereafter, Kelly's career had been on a steady track, and she starred in big film projects such as "High Noon," "Dial M for Murder," "Rear Window,"and "High Society," among others.
Kelly became a Princess of Monaco after she married Prince Rainier III. She died at the age of 52 after she and her youngest child figured in a road mishap at the Grand Cornish in Monaco back in 1982.
