Things Every Adult Woman Must Have in Her Apartment

An adult woman living alone in her apartment should have some of these suggested must-haves. You may or may not have them yet, but it would be beneficial to build up some items for a sophisticated independent you.

If the guys can do it, so can the ladies. Have a hammer and wrench handy add it with two screw drivers, this way, you don't have to call up on other people to do any DIY job you can do yourself, unless the guy neighbor upstairs is really cute. Try to own also, a piece of real vacuum, even though you already have the services of carpet cleaners. It helps the budget to do your apartment cleaning yourself.

As for the food, make sure to stack up on pantry staples, like pastas, bag of beans or rice and canned goods edible for human consumption. You never know when disaster strikes.  Do own some nice hangers, not wires, and must have a towel that are bought after you have already left college. Provide an extra in case you will have some guest in you apartment.

It would also be classy if you could manage to have at least one framed artwork, in your living room right next to a dedicated workspace. A filing cabinet is also a plus just to put some important documents in. Add a little something that is alive, no necessarily a pet, but a plant would do. It will make you seem like you care for the earth and its inhabitants. Other items may include dining area beautification items such as a table cloth, placemats.

Another must have, is a baking soda. It could double as a substance that makes your fridge avoid its smelliness. If you are not the kind to iron clothing, since that chore is so last century old, most people who live in an apartment get themselves a clothing steamer instead.

 Enjoy your bachelorette years!
