Famous American singer and actor Joe Jonas is planning to buy a real estate property. The actor is said to be apartment-hunting and is looking to purchase a West Chelsea penthouse, a report from the New York Post said.
According to the report, Jonas was accompanied by his brothers, Nick and Kevin. It was also reported that her former model girlfriend, Gigi Hadid, is looking for a new penthouse to move in.
It was said that Jonas recently checked a luxurious penthouse duplex located at 560 W. 24th St. According to property records, the aforementioned penthouse is now on sale with a price tag of $10.25 million. It was said that the current market value of the West Chelsea penthouse has been reduced from its original asking price of $12.65 million back in 2015.
"The building, from developer Adam Gordon and Tavros Development, in collaboration with architect Steven Harris, is across from the Gagosian Gallery in the heart of West Chelsea's arts district. It has a three-bedroom, 3½-bathroom condo is 3,165 square feet. The apartment comes with a chef's kitchen, 13-foot ceilings and a large terrace with an outdoor fireplace," the report said.
The West Chelsea penthouse is being managed by Leonard Steinberg, Herve Senequier, Cali Saikesh and Amy Mendizabal, listing brokers of Compass, a realty company.
