American rapper, record producer, actor, and entrepreneur Sean P. Diddy, whose real name is Sean Combs, is selling his luxurious Park Imperial apartment located in posh Midtown Manhattan. The asking price of Diddy's real estate property is now pegged at $6.99 million, which is much lower than its original asking price of $8.5 million in 2012, a report from the New York Post said.
According to the report, Combs' property is located on the 66th floor of the Park Imperial apartment, and it sits on a 2,292-square-foot area. The condo unit has two bedrooms, 2½ bathrooms and floor-to-ceiling windows. Future owners of the unit will enjoy staying in the spacious living and media rooms. Aside from the usual spacious and elegant interiors, the condo unit also has an exquisite design fit for the music mogul.
Zillow reports that Park Imperial is one of the most lavish residential buildings that can be found in New York City. It was said that Combs' condo unit boasts built-in entertaining devices. It has "a piano room, wet bar and a corner living room with a 90-inch flat-screen television. The entry and master bathroom are marble, and the sleek eat-in kitchen offers New York views with breakfast," the report said.
It can be recalled that back in 2014, the rapper said that he wants to move into a bigger apartment in downtown so he can host overnight parties without distracting his neighbors.
Celebrity Net Worth said that Combs has a net worth of $730 million. Aside from producing music, Combs has also invested in a movie production company and his own brand of clothing lines, the Sean John and Sean by Sean Combs. He produced the music of several record artists such as Boyz II Men, Usher, Mariah Carey, and Aretha Franklin, among others.
