According to Los Angeles Times, Wright's only designed home in California in Brentwood Heights, is going up for auction on Feb. 21.

Wright along with fellow architect John Lautner built the home in 1939 for the original owner, George D. Sturgess. Lautner was also tapped to restore the house three years later. The film couple, actor Jack Larson and director James Bridges, currently own the 1,200-square-foot estate since 1967.

The house, which is adorned with brick walls and redwood bands, has multi-purpose living and dining rooms. It also contains built-in shelves and a fireplace made from bricks.

Barry Sloan represents the property for Sotheby's International Realty and the Los Angeles Modern Auctions (LAMA).

Norman Lykes home in Arizona

Curbed, on the other hand, reported that the Phoenix residence is on sale for $3.6 million. The home was built for the first owners, Norman and Aimee Lykes in 1959.

Wright's helper John Rattenbury, who later owned it in 1994, added several upgrades including a larger main bedroom and a converted home theater.

"A series of concentric circles set on a desert plateau, the home, which looks like a set of intricate clock gears from above, shows Wright's mastery of organic design that references the landscape," the outlet said.

Gordon House in Oregon

The Wright-designed house in Oregon may not be for sale but the public can rent the 2,133-square-foot place for residency or $15 tours as reported by Oregon Live.

First constructed in 1957, the first owners are Conrad and Evelyn Gordon before it was sold in 1997. To avoid being demolished, Wright's fans and followers moved it in Silverton and the reconstruction started in 2002.
