St. Louis Rams Moving to Los Angeles; Real Estate Agents Scrambles for Athletes Arrival

The St. Louis Ram will all move to Los Angeles and that made LA-based real estate agents to scramble as they come. The whole team which is composed of "53-man roster, coaches, assistant coaches and most likely 100 more people" will be in need of house to stay.

LA Times reported that Ed Kaminsky, a Manhattan Beach real estate agent, has been calling anyone who is connected to Rams players and the rest of the team. Kaminsky is an expert when it comes to working with professional athletes and finding them a perfect home to stay.

Kaminsky said, "I've been on the phone with the Rams' offices, sports agents, business managers, players, players that aren't on the team but that have relationships with players on the team."

Since it has been officially announced that the Rams will return to Los Angeles, a lot of real estate agents are making calls to get a deal with dozen of players, coaches and the rest of the team. Given the fact that majority of them will be looking for a place to live before the 2016 season starts.

According to LA Curbed, high-end brokerage The Agency is said to be staffing up in order to accommodate all the athletes. They will help the Rams as they relocate, hire moving companies, ship their cars across the country and at the same time look for local schools for their children.

However, The Agency believes that it is most likely for the Rams to just rent a place. This is due to the fact that the usual NFL career only lasts for three years. It has been reported that most of the players are only on short-term contracts. That is why the Rams would probably think twice before they purchase a home in Los Angeles especially the reality of how costly it is.

Reportedly, Los Angeles real estate agents are in for the long game as they get good deals for the Rams. Home rentals may be suitable for the meantime but in the long run these agents will offer the players with great home location that they will definitely go for.
