It seems as though model Gigi Hadid is eager to move on from Joe Jonas and step into a new swanky condo with her new beau, former One Direction star Zayn Malik. Among the prospective residences the new couple was looking into is a $6.49 million unit at the Annabelle Selldorf-designed apartment, 10 Bond Street in New York City.
As it turns out, Selldorf was also behind the design of apartment 3E. Boasting of three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, the condo spans 2,775 square feet, which is much larger than Hadid's former home in 250 Bowery, as reported by the New York Post.
With a 24-hour doorman, porter, and gym, it seems as though the monthly maintenance fees of $8,771 is pretty much worth it, given the boutique luxury building.
According to Curbed, the kitchens are "outfitted with Subzero, Miele, Wolf, and Gaggenau appliances." Meanwhile, the countertops are furnished with Bardiglio Nuvolato marble slab and handmade backsplash tiles, in addition to the pressure-activated Italian millwork cabinets.
Every apartment in the building, aside from the townhouse that has its own door on Bond Street, gives residents direct access to the keyed elevator.
Not only that, but both the powder room is also outfitted with honed Striato marble slabs, which are also found in the master bathroom. The master bathroom also boasts of a custom-designed bathtub by Selldorf herself.
