The Scheimer house is one of the luxurious homes that features the artworks of Richard Neutra, a modernist architect. It was said that Neutra's son Dion has completed all the detailed works in 1972. The house has an indoor stream and an elegant cascading waterfall, a report from Los Angeles Times said.
According to the report, Neutra's architectural works feature the use of "post-and-beam" design, and incorporating an indoor stream and a waterfall are actually one of the many water-centric designs he made in the Tanzana mansion. Aside from this, the house has walls made of glass, a large swimming pool and a spa that sits on a three-acre lot.
Some of the features of the Tanzana 5,500-square-foot mansion, according to the report, are "post-and-beam design; walls of floor-to-ceiling windows; open-plan living room with fireplace; center-island kitchen; swimming pool and spa; exterior water feature; circular motor court." The house also has spacious and elegant four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

According to property records from CoreLogic, last year, there have been 24 single-family homes that were sold in the 91356 ZIP code with a median price of $925, 000. However, it was noted that the price has increased 6.9 percent since the property had been introduced in the market back in 2014.
