Functional and Stylish Nordic Home Designs Featured in Shanghai WOWdesign Expo

Nordic designs are known for their amazing versatility, simplicity and style. It is one of the most sought after furniture designs, as well as home products designs online and offline with specialty shops offering Nordic products all over the world.

In the latest WOWdesign exhibition in Shanghai, Nordic designs were the highlight of the expo. The functional and stylish design once again wowed attendees as well as participants at the Xin Tian Di, an article from Scandasia.com revealed.

The exhibition collaborated with Nordic consulates in Shanghai to bring together the best designs, inspirations and products. The result was an exhibition with a collection of more than 1200 original home products. All these were Nordic-inspired; authentic, minimalistic and stylish.

The Xin Tian Di winter expo featured iconic Nordic aesthetics with Norwegian brands such as HAG and RBM. Attendees were amazed of the wonderful home furniture, home products and interior home renovation ideas that they saw during the expo and can't wait to incorporate Nordic designs in their own homes and offices in Shanghai.

Schlarchitects, one of the attendees at the WOWdesign expo, posted a breathtaking photo of their pop-up exhibit on Instagram with a caption: "shlarchitects WOW Design Pop-up #exhibition in #downtown #Shanghai has opened its doors and our #design for their two month pop-up $space is ready to be visited. A place breathing true #Nordic #tradition."

Participants and attendees came from Shanghai and from nearby cities. WOWdesign is a two-month exhibition of the most popular and the most interesting home designs. Designers, contractors, interior design students, furniture enthusiasts and avid home decorators travel far and wide to attend this fantastic exhibition which started on December 18, 2015 and will run until January 28, 2016. WOWdesign will be available for public visits daily at the Xin Tian Di located at 88 South Huangpi Road in Shanghai.
