Kate Middleton's younger sister, Pippa Middleton has found love once again with a handsome millionaire, James Matthews and reports reveal that Middleton will be moving with the city millionaire in a townhouse.
The Duchess of Cambridge’s sister has ended her three-year relationship with Nico Jackson, a hedge fund manager and started dating the brother of Spencer Matthews, the star of Made In Chelsea, Inquisitr reported.
Rumors even added that her relationship with the rich bachelor is approved by her mother Carole as the three were spotted together in a restaurant.
Matthews is reported to be working on the first-floor extension of his five-storey stucco-fronted Chelsea property which he purchased in 2014. Middleton is seen in the £17million townhouse where she already keeps her car and even her clothes.
"It's all moved very quickly. They've been friends for a long time, but James has always been keen. They've tested living there and all seems to have gone well," a friend of the couple revealed according to Mail Online."As she was spending so much time at James's it made sense to keep stuff there."
With the plans of extending Matthew's property, he is planning to build a bathroom above the kitchen, a vanity basin with "his and hers sink" and two dressing rooms that are off the master bedroom.
A source revealed that the millionaire is acting "like a peacock" and he seems to be aiming for Middleton to be impressed. The two even spent eight days together vacationing in an exclusive Caribbean island of St Barts.
"James is really into Pippa and she is falling into step. There is affection between them," a source said.
Matthews, 40-year-old, is an Old Etonian and he is also the chief executive of Eden Rock Capital Management that he founded back in 2001. The parents of Matthews- David and Jane own the Eden Rock hotel on St. Barts but the two did not spend their break there. Instead, they holidayed in a luxury villa that overlooks Gustavia.
Middleton and Matthews were joined by her brother James and his girlfriend Donna Air during their holiday vacation.
