Victoria’s Secret Angel and top model Lais Ribeiro recently purchased a 1,279-square-foot unit condo located in Chelsea, New York City.
The property has two-bedrooms and two-bathrooms which sit at the Slate, a Karl Fischer-designed condo at 165 West 18th Street which was listed at $2.49 million, New York Post reported.
It also features Brazilian hardwood floors, a private balcony, and walls of floor-to-ceiling windows. It also has a chef's kitchen with an open layout featuring custom lacquer cabinets, Carrara marble countertops, and high-end European appliances.
Meanwhile, it has a luxurious master suite which includes a limestone and marble bathroom. Its second bedroom is spacious and it also has an en-suite bath. There is also plenty of space in the closet as well as custom window treatments for privacy.
The building where the condo is situated has an interior designed by Andre Escobar. Aside from the model-friendly amenities of the area, it also features a round-the-clock concierge, a health and fitness center and a place for special pets, the pet spa, 6sqft. reported.
The unit was bought by 25-year-old Brazilian model who has a seven-year-old son, Alexandre and might be following the footsteps of Gisele Bundchen, also a Brazilian model who has just retired.
Ribeiro has walked for Chanel, Louis Vuitton and Marc Jacobs as well as other fashion gigs.
The listing broker of the unit that Ribeiro bought is Mark Weinstock of Douglas Elliman.
