Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayk appeared to be so sweet while busy house-hunting in the West Village. Shayk's pad is currently listed on the market for $3.99 million. The Russian model has been living in her 2,462-square-foot loft at 166 Perry St, but last December, she put it on the market.
The luxury loft features 12-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and wide-plank oak-wood floors. The building also has a gym and a "roof solarium." Shayk is probably looking for more space. Listing broker Jacky Teplitzky of Douglas Elliman, declined to comment, as reported by PageSix.
Although Cooper and Shayk started dating just three months ago, they are now getting ready to move to the next stage as they are reportedly hunting for an apartment together in New York City.
It was reported by Star Pulse that Cooper has confessed his love to Shayk and that he wants her to move in with him. When he asked her, she immediately said yes. Los Angeles is home to the "American Sniper" actor for many years, but he loves New York City. Cooper and Shayk are seeking a pad to share in either at Tribeca or SoHo.
Shayk, 29, currently owns a $1.2 million pad in the West Village where she spent a lot of time with her ex-boyfriend, soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo. On the other hand, after his split from British model Suki Waterhouse, Cooper started dating Shayk.
Despite of the short time of knowing each other, Cooper is reportedly hooked on Shayk and has decided to keep the model permanently with him. The actor has been raving about Shayk as the sexiest woman he's ever seen.
They reportedly first met through his management company. It was said that Cooper was offered numerous pictures of gorgeous eligible females whom were all willing to go out on a date with him. The couple was photographed having a nice time on the beach off Amalfi Coast in Italy last month.
