Hollywood sexy actress Megan Fox has recently listed the house she shared with ex-husband Brian Austin Green for $1.29 million. Located at Sherman Oaks, California, the modest-looking one story house has 2,494 square feet of living space, three bedrooms and three baths.
The property is listed under Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, and is described as a "stylish contemporary with traditional flair." The interiors feature an open floor concept, with vaulted ceilings, oak wood floors and custom plantation shutters.
Rebuilt in 2007, the house showcases a kitchen decked with built-in stainless steel appliances and a walk-in pantry. The master bedroom has an adjacent master bath equipped with a walk-in closet, double vanities, a make-up area, dual shower and a separate tub.
Outside, there is a mini garden with a Zen-inspired Koi pond, cascading waterfall, and an outdoor fireplace.
According to Trulia, Fox and Green purchased the house in 2012 for $899,999, right before the 29-year-old actress gave birth to their first child. The celebrities have been together since 2004, and got married in 2010. They have two sons together, Noah Shannon Green, 3, and Bodhi Ransom Green, 1.
Last August 2015, Fox filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences as the cause of their split. The two reportedly did not have a prenup, and are splitting their assets equally between them. Additionally, it has been reported since that Green, a 'Beverly Hills 90210' alumnus, was asking for spousal support, stating that he cannot work much because of his "debilitating vertigo."
The ex-couple also owned a pad in Toluca Lake, California, which they sold right after their break-up last year. The two sold it in a rush for $2.6 million, suffering a loss of $750,000, as they purchased it in 2014 for $3.35 million.
In 2014, Celebuzz reported that they also sold another property, a massive Spanish-inspired house in Los Feliz, California.
