According to Curbed, the property won in the publication's Curbed Comparisons rental battle. This means that the hotel boasts an impressive asking price.
What makes the Hawaii beachfront an interesting property to purchase is the fact that it stretches 1.5 acres along Kailua Beach. This also happens to be the neighboring property where Obama and his immediate family stayed for vacation.
Meanwhile, the gated property boasts five bedrooms in the main residence and three bedrooms in the guest house. What makes the biggest room in the property beautiful is the fact that it opens out onto the ocean's front lawn. The bedrooms each have sliding doors which lead to the waterfalls and cabana area.
A Sotheby's spokesperson also told the publication that the property gained even more popularity because it was featured on "Hawaii Five-0."
