As the dramatic turn of Chip Kelly's career as coach for Eagles took its pace, the then-fired coach has a new setback becoming the new 49ers coach landing a $24 million dollar deal which is set for four years. Apart from Kelly's new shift is his decision to sell his New Jersey property in Haddonfield.
After the controversies of his stay with Philadelphia Eagles were revealed, Chip Kelly signed a four-year coaching contract for San Francisco 49ers and listed his recently-bought home in New Jersey.
According to Realtor, Kelly, who bought the property last Nov. 2015, has now listed the home after just two months. The listing price of the home is now at $1.2 million and is flourishing with a contemporary design.
The 4,605 square foot home or .75 acre lot offers extremely cozy amenities for new homeowners. The $1.2 million property offers five bedrooms, a 48x50 foot indoor swimming pool, an entertainment media room, and a fish pond.
Apart from these, the home also offers some elegant features. It has a "two-story foyer with winding staircase to the carpeted media room to the wood-paneled whirlpool tub in the master bath. The saloon-style bar is the perfect place to entertain after a game."
The 52-year-old new head coach of San Francisco 49ers started his career as a freshman team coach for Columbia University. Before Kelly landed the job as the chief coach for Philadelphia Eagles in 2013, the 52-year-old has been offered by various NFL teams with the same position such as Buffalo Bills, the Cleveland Browns and Philadelphia Eagles. On Jan. 26, 2013, he started as the new head coach of Philadelphia Eagles but then was later fired on Dec. 29, 2015. Meanwhile, on Jan. 14, 2016, Kelly was hired as the new head coach for San Francisco 49ers after Jim Harbaugh and Jim Tomsula.
The $1.2 million home of Kelly is still available and finding a new buyer at Realtor.
