Many people think that if we talk about prefab homes, it would always be expensive while others might think that there could be shortage of houses of this type. But in truth, you can get your own prefab home since there are more affordable options which already look visually appealing.

1. The 99-2b by Cubicco is a 1,025 square feet home with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The cost starts from $160,300. Key features of the house are impact-resistant windows and doors that can withstand winds up to 180 mph. It also has central air, cork exterior finishing, upgrades for solar energy heating as well as rainwater harvesting systems.
2. A three bedrooms and two baths home called the C6.1 by LivingHome has an area of 1,288 square feet with a cost that starts from $172,000. It features low-e windows, efficient LED lights, cork flooring, and GE appliance package.
3. The k6 by kitHAUS price starts from $75,000 which has a bathroom and kitchen for a 300 square feet space. It features low-e windows, birch plywood walls and flooring, and white laminate ceilings.
4. Alchemy boasts the Weehouse with an area of 300 to 2,400 square feet. Its starting price is from $75K-$80K for a 300 to 850-square-foot project; $260K-300K for a 1,200-1600-square-foot project; $220k-$250K for a 1,800 to 2,400-square-foot project, according to the website of Alchemy. Key features of the house are Ikea cabinetry, corrugated steel siding, in-floor hydronic heating.
5. A 930 square feet home with two bedrooms and two baths cost from $129,000 for the Confluence c2. by ideabox. It features bamboo flooring, maple cabinets, quartz countertops, corrugated metal siding, and stainless steel appliances.
