Davidson Realty is going to host two sessions of the Peak Producers training in February. The training's main goal is to increase the participants' sales and production in the real estate.
The first Peak Producers' training session will start on Feb. 1 at the Davidson Realty headquarters located in the World Golf Village. The second leg, on the other hand, will kick-off on Feb. 3 at the realty company's beach office.
The Peak Producers' training course will run for 16 weeks. It was first initiated by Buffini & Company, which is North America's biggest real estate training and coaching group. The training program's primary focus is on improving production by way of enhancing sales and negotiation skills, customer service approach, and lead generation schemes.
The Peak Producers training will be headed by Davidson Realty's president Sherry Davidson, who also is filling Buffini & Company's certified mentor position.
Through the years, Peak Producers have been able to create a significant increase in real estate agent production, especially for people who are able to complete the training course. In the program's span, Buffini & Company revealed that significant changes were recorded with each agent, averaging in 12 transactions and with a generated income of nearly $100,000.
Davidson Realty's most recent training course graduate, Franco D'Orazio, said that this program was able to give him the fundamental tools to effectively reach out to customers, as well as build strong relationships that will create seamless personal and professional experiences.
The firm, Davidson Realty, regularly hosts cheese and wine events in order to provide information to people who are interested in starting a professional career with Davidson Realty. Their next wine and cheese meet up event will be held on Jan. 28, Thursday.
