Lais Ribeiro has just purchased a Karl Fischer-designed condo at 165 W. 18th St. in Chelsea. The 1,279-square-foot two-bedroom and two-bathroom condo has an asking price of $2.49 million, and Ribeiro is said to have paid close to the asking price.
According to NY Post, the condo features Brazilian hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, an open chef's kitchen, and a master bedroom with a private balcony and a master bathroom made with limestone and marble finishes.
The building also has a patio, a pet spa, and a gym. The condo unit also comes with a private storage unit. Mark Weinstock of Douglas Elliman is the listing broker.
