The renovated Flatiron loft apartment at 105 Fifth Avenue of a top-gun Compass broker, Hervé Senequier, was sold for a full $2.65 million of its asking price.
According to an NY Post report, the 1,765-square-foot apartment unit on the fourth floor comes with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Public records show that Senequier bought the apartment in 2008 for $1.65 million.
The loft apartment has a gallery entry that leads to a living/dining room which is completed with nine-foot sound-proof windows and 12-foot ceilings.
The apartment has a chef's kitchen that is equipped with Miele and Sub-Zero appliances.
The apartment also features Brazilian hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, an open chef's kitchen, and a master bedroom with a private balcony, as well as a master bathroom with a limestone and marble finish.
The interiors of the building were designed by Andre Escobar, and includes a gym, a pet spa, a patio, and a private storage unit. Senequier himself has repped the listing, while Mark Weinstock of Douglas Elliman is the listing broker.
