The Ex-Orlando Magic Superstar Hedo Turkoglu relists his Florida home in Windermere. The country club estate that covers 4,621 sq ft/ 0.54 acres lot is now priced at $1.4 million.

Realtor reports that the 36-year-old Turkish NBA Superstar might soon be leaving the grounds of Florida after his announced retirement last year.

"Now that he's leaving the sport behind, he might be leaving Florida behind as well. Turkoglu recently relisted his country club estate in prestigious Windermere, FL, for just shy of $1.4 million. The winner of the NBA's Most Improved Player in 2008 initially put the home up for sale in February 2014 for $1.55 million," according to the article.

Turkoglu who played as forward for Orlando Magic from 2004-2009 and 2010-2013 announced last Nov. 2015 of his retirement in playing professional basketball. He played 15 seasons amounting to 497 regular season games and was awarded NBA's Most Improved Player last 2008. The 36-year-old ex-NBA player was honored by the association last Dec. 18, 2015.

"I am very thankful and grateful for the opportunity to live out my dream and play in the NBA," said Turkoglu in the outlet. "I will always remember my teammates, coaches, staff members and all of the fans who made my career so wonderful for myself and my family."

The Florida home of the 36-year-old ex-NBA player includes four bedrooms, four full and one half bath and is situated near schools in Windermere. The country estate house was built in 1988 and a great home choice for single families.
