Art deco-inspired patterns, wool rugs and encaustic tiles are among some of the biggest design trends for 2016, according to the latest Zillow Home Trend Forecast, a report that combines data from a survey of interior design experts.

Aside from adding up some new stuff inside your home this New Year, it would also be an excellent opportunity to get rid of things that are already outdated and even irrelevant. You may want to check first your closet and free some space. Other options would be some home decors that are not in line with the suggested trend this year.
There is no need to throw all the remote object while doing some changes. You may want to keep them inside a container or room for future uses, for trends do repeat itself. And for those objects which clearly has no more use or slightly damaged, you might want to venture into a small business by selling those stuff.
