Sotheby's Welcomes New Key Players

Legacy Properties Sotheby's International Realty in Portland has three new vice presidents.

It has recently been announced that Linda MacDonald, Elise Kiely and Mary Libby have joined the Portland-based firm as senior vice presidents, The Portland Press Herald has reported.

MacDonald comes from Falmouth and has been in the real estate business in Maine for more than 10 years. On the other hand, Kiely also hails from Falmouth and was previously a successful litigator in Washington, D.C., and Maine for about a decade. She started developing and investing in real estate and worked her way up to a prime real estate brokerage practice.

Meanwhile, Libby from Cape Elizabeth has established a name in real estate in Maine in more than 10 years. According to the The Portlnd Press Herald, she was consistently a top performing agent in Greater Portland who specializes in luxury properties and the beach communities in Cumberland County.

These three are not the only ones that the brokerage has recently welcome. Mary Jean Labbe has also joined Legacy Property in the New York County. Labbe hails from Kittery Point, bringing with her expertise with the Sotheby's brand with a focus on high-end luxury residential real estate and global marketing sites.

Last but not the least, Portside Real Estate Group has welcomed Edie Fontaine and Maureen Zemrak to the firm, each of them having more than 15 years of experience in the field. Both names are consistently identified in the upper part of the ranks.

Sotheby's is an international real estate company with a headquarters in New York City. It now has many branches and affiliates worldwide but it was originally founded in the United Kingdom in 1976 for the purpose of providing sound financial assistance or advice including marketing strategies and referral platforms with top tier property listings.
