After the divorce of 29-years-old actress and model Megan Fox, from 90210 star Brian Austin Green, the two are flipping American real estate properties, Domain reported.
Recently, they have sold their Toluca Lake carriage house for $2.6 million ($3,742,623) in an off-market transaction. The carriage house has four bedrooms, six bathrooms, a saltwater swimming pool, pool house, fire pit, and spa.
Said home was bought two years ago for $3.35 million and was renovated in 2007. Originally, it is the property of Bing Crosby and was bought by Fox and Green in 2010 prior to their wedding, after selling their Los Feliz mansion for $3.75 million in 2014.
Aside from the former Bing Cosby carriage house, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles actress also listed her California real estate with three-bedrooms and three-bathrooms with an asking price of $1.29 million ($1,855,181) which was bought for $899,999 in 2012, before the birth of Fox’s son.
The home also features oak wood flooring, stylish vaulted ceilings, built-in speakers and a koi pond that has a waterfall and seating area. It also has a home office, laundry room, and powder room.
The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe, a make-up area, bath with double vanities, and dual shower. Meanwhile, the kitchen has an island benchtop, stainless steel appliances and a walk-in pantry.
The home of Fox and Green was featured in the television show "Flipping Out" by Jeff Lewis in July 2015 and it was revealed that Green failed to consult Fox about the $5 million Camarillo house renovation and later decided to sell it because of flooring issues.
“With relationship problems between the couple predating their breakup by several months, there’s speculation they decided to sell the house because they were drifting apart while the show was filming,” People reported in August.
At present, Fox and Green are still going through divorce proceedings and since they did not have a prenuptial arrangement, reports reveal that they will be diving their assets fairly even because the two had been together for so long. Currently, the net worth of Fox is at $8 million while that of Green is $4 million, Hollywood Take reported.
