3 Cleaning Hacks that Bust Away the Stains in your Bathroom Tiles, Toilet, and Mattress

One unlikely sight that frustrates homekeepers are stubborn and ugly stains that are seen all over the house. Although there are a lot of cleaning agents available on the market, these stains are hard to wash away and completely invade the tiny spaces in your bathroom tiles, toilet, etc.

Luckily, Brightside informs of a number of cheap, proven ways to keep your home free from these stains. Here are some tips using ingredients that can be found in your home.

Cleaning Tip 1: Bathroom Tiles

Ingredients for this cleaner:

¼ glass of Hydrogen Peroxide

1 tablespoon of Liquid Soap

½ glass water

Procedure:

In cleaning an area with stain, use a sponge and dip with the home-made cleaner. Wipe this in the surface and rinse off with water.

The outlet also added, "If the tiles are really filthy, put some liquid on them and on grout as well. Leave it for 10 minutes. During this time, dirt will dissolve and it would be easier to clean it off. Repeat the process one more time and wash the surface with water."

Cleaning Tip 2: Toilet Stains

The unwanted stains in the toilet does not only make the bathroom look untidy but this also leaves a negative impression with your visitors. If this area is your target in the house, try using "vinegar."

Ingredients:

White Vinegar

Procedure:

Pour a generous amount on your toilet and leave it for hours. The vinegar will leave your toilet squeaky clean afterwards and it will also "disinfect" the bottom area. Use this regularly to maintain a clean toilet and prevent it from accumulating nasty stains.

Cleaning Tip 3: Mattress

Does your mattress have that unwanted stain? Are you tired of trying many products to make the stain vanish? Although a mattress cover can help hide off the stain, there is a proven way to help out clean this mess using hydrogen peroxide and baking soda.

Ingredients:

8 fl oz (235 ml) 3% hydrogen peroxide

3 tablespoons baking soda

A drop of liquid soap

Procedure:

In a spray container, mix in baking soda together with hydrogen peroxide and a drop of liquid soap. Spray this mixture in the stained area of your mattress and leave it for 5 to 10 minutes until it dries. Clean the residues of the baking soda using a vacuum cleaner.
