Former University of Missouri president Tim Wolfe decided to resign from his position back in November 2015. This time around, the man amidst some controversy is looking to step away from his Columbia home.
His decision to step down was met with controversy. According to the Guardian, Wolfe was one of two who had to resign "about a lack of responsiveness by university administrators to racist incidents" occurring in the school's Columbia campus.
In fact, the student body - including the football team - entered into a protest, which urged for Wolfe to "step down" as the University of Missouri System's Columbia campus president.
Probably looking to relocate and leave all the turmoil behind, Wolfe has now put up a "for sale" sign right outside of his Columbia estate. The traditional home spanning 5,600 feet is seeking $750,000.
Realtor.com reports that the residence has a total of six bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a recreational room complete with a wet bar, and a private gym, of course!
The home also features an open-concept kitchen filled with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, a breakfast nook, and a large island to top it all of. Meanwhile, a fireplace can be found in the casual family room.
Not only that, but the home also seems like it's good for entertaining a small party at home: the "generous floor plan" allows the house to have differing formal and casual spaces.
According to the listing, the home - originally built in 2008 - has just recently been updated with "fresh paint and flooring," which probably makes the home more appealing to some home buyers.
