Technology Issues of the Real Estate Industry that Already Have Solutions

In a recent blog posted by Ben Kubic on geekestateblog.com, where he discussed some of the things about real estate and the problems real estate agents have encountered but has since been solved.

Kubic was the founder a hybrid brokerage. He said that quote, "I obviously have some bias in this, but most of the derivative ideas I've seen pursued exist in technology designed for traditional real estate agents. Here is the (non-exhaustive, non-ordered) list of real estate process and services that are already very well served by existing technology, but I still see entrepreneurs pursuing anyway."

Here are some of them:

FSBO: Kubic said he's talked with many individuals offering FSBO, and is yet to meet somebody who needs to take a stab at the offering all alone, and who has been miserable with their FSBO chosen site.

Web Presence and Lead Generation: WordPress and Placester have made it straightforward and shabby for any specialists to get an SEO-accommodating, smooth looking site.

Showings: Showings are an agony, yet arrangements like ShowingTime truly streamline, the procedure. This great opportunity is really motivating agents to embrace the tech that now exists.

Property Data and Listings: Few new businesses are still attempting but many of them don't understand that they're trying to uproot Zillow and Realtor.com, but they will be in for a shock when they do.

Closings: Kubic said in his post that, "Brad Inman offered $25k to any organization that could deliver a "closing in a box" at Inman SF in August 2015. Virgent only works with sellers, so we have it a little easier when it comes to closings, and even for us it's a huge hassle." Kubic said he's heard it time and again that it's be a bit challenging to coordinate moneylenders, investigators and appraisers, in keeping their clients in the know of what's going on.

Kubic is still wondering which region of real estate tech he still believes is unsolved. He thinks that In the event that if he already had the answers he wouldn't be composing the blog post and would already be profiting. He believes that there is one zone that plainly and obviously still needs some tech progresses.
