The glamorous Hollywood-style Mr. C Beverly Hills hotel, which debuted in 2011, plans to bring a small collection of pricey, uber-luxe Mr. C-branded private residences in Beverly Hills.
The townhouse-style residences, at 1251-1259 Edris Drive, are slated to be one of the costliest apartments to hit the market in Beverly Hills since the launching of the hotel condo collection in Montage in 2009. The price of the condos in the Montage area is about $3,000 a square foot, reported LLNYC.
The residential project, designed by Ray Kappe, a famed architect in Los Angeles, will feature glass, concrete and red wood, and will only comprise just five apartments across five levels, including a subterranean parking garage, with sizes ranging from 2,000 square feet to 3,500 square feet.
The hotel was opened in 2011 in partnership with brothers Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani of the famed Cipriani family, and it quickly became known for its sleek yacht-like interiors.
The projects, which will be branded the Mr. C Residences, have been under construction since the summer of 2014 and will be completed this Spring.
Buyers can participate in a rental program where they can lease their units when they're not using them, subject to a profit sharing agreement. Renters will also have full access to the hotels' amenities.
Mr. C Beverly Hills is a family-friendly boutique hotel that is just a 15-minute walk from the famous Rodeo Drive Shopping District. The hotel features spacious Venetian-inspired rooms, a restaurant, and a lounge that offers panoramic views of Los Angeles, reported Booking.
The elegant rooms feature floor-to-ceiling sliding door windows, a 42-inch flat-screen TV, and an iPod docking station. The rooms are also equipped with minibars and a private balcony. For families with children, there are extra amenities offered, such as non-toxic bath products and child-size bathrobes.
Beverly Hills is a perfect choice for travellers who like to enjoy luxury brand shopping.
