Nordstrom, Inc, a leading fashion specialty retailer, is expanding its presence in the greater Philadelphia area with the development of Nordstrom Rack, the off-price retail division of Nordstrom, Inc, at Lincoln Plaza in Langhorne, Pennsylvania.

According to the press release of Nordstrom, Inc on PR NewsWire, the 26,500-square-foot Lincoln Plaza Nordstrom Rack is going to be the sixth Rack store of Nordstrom, Inc in the greater Philadelphia area. As the off-price retail division of Nordstrom, Inc, Nordstrom Rack offers its customers a wide selection of on-trend apparel, accessories and shoes with an everyday savings of 30-70 percent off regular prices.
Lincoln Plaza, located just off I-95 and US 1 Old Lincoln Highway in Langhorne next to the Oxford Valley Mall, is owned and managed by Simon. Lincoln Plaza is the home of the following retailers: AC Moore, American Signature, Chick-fil-A, DSW, hhgregg, Home Goods, Men's Wearhouse, Michael's, Thomasville Furniture, TJ Maxx and Wells Fargo. Oxford Valley Mall is a landmark area retail destination that is also owned and managed by Simon.
