Ariana Grande was one among the few music artists who performed at this year's Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, but she was definitely the only one to get a wing in the face, Hollywood Life reported.
The 21-year-old singer appeared on Earl's Court where she performed her hit songs "Bang Bang" and "Love Me Harder" while the Victoria's Secret models and Angels walked the runway. She was dressed to impress in a black bustier, a leopard-print skirt over black short shorts and Christian Louboutin boots.
However, in the midst of Grande's performance, she found herself having to duck when Angel Elsa Hosk almost clipped her with one of her pink wings.
Only pictures of the aftermath have appeared online so far where Grande can be seen looking surprised and even a bit fearful of Hosk's wings, according to the video blurb from Hollywood Life. The singer resumed performing though, showing off professionalism.
The singer seems to take the incident in stride and even tweeted about the occurrence. She wrote, "a Victoria's Secret angel accidentally smacked me in the face with her wings and it was awesome #goals #bangbangintomyface," showing that there was definitely no hard feelings with Hosk.
Grande was not the only performer in attendance at the event though as Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran and Hozier also made appearances, according to UPI.
Sheeran and Hozier serenaded the Angels as they walked the runway, while Swift belted out two songs in two different outfits. For her "Blank Space" performance, she was seen wearing a pink silk number, and changed into a black lace outfit for her "Style" performance.
