Kansas Real Estate News: Redfin Expands Brand Presence in Kansas City

Real estate brokerage company, Redfin, has recently announced the availability of its home-buying and selling services in Kansas City.

"Redfin real estate agents serve as trusted advisors to their customers, helping them make the right home-buying decision in what is often a complex process," said Dario Medina, Great Lakes District Manager at Redfin. "We're excited to bring our service to Kansas City, a growing real estate market in the middle of the heartland, where residents value good, solid expertise and advocacy."

According to the press release of Redfin in Business Wire, homebuyers and sellers in Kansas City can now seek the help of local Redfin-employed real estate agents. Also, all Redfin-listed homes for sale in the greater Kansas City metro area, in both Kansas and Missouri, can now be searched in Redfin.com and in Redfin Android and iOS apps. Kansas City real estate agent, Wayne Gray, was employed by Redfin to further enhance the growth of the brokerage in the area.

"I love the person-to-person connections you make as a real estate agent," said Gray. "The Redfin process of putting the customer first enables me to get to know my clients and provide them with the best possible service."

Gray is a native of Kansas City and has been a real estate agent in the area since 1998. He has managed his own brokerage since 2010. He was also a former member of the Board of Trustees of Kansas City's Kansas Community College. Gray has also become a member of the Bonner Springs City Council.

Redfin is a next-generation real estate brokerage that combines advanced technology with full-service agents who are paid a salary, receive benefits, and earn bonuses based on customer satisfaction. Founded in Seattle in 2006, Redfin serves more than 30,000 clients in more than 80 major markets in the United States. The company has also closed more than $25 billion in home sales.
