'Hello' Singer Lionel Richie Brings New Home Products; Say 'Hello' to Everyone

Lionel Richie, the original crooner of the hit song "Hello," is making a big comeback, not in the music industry, though, like what most of his fans have been wanting to hear.

The songwriter who used to be a member of the singing group Commodores has recently launched his self-titled line of homeware that features an array of barware, dinnerware and entertaining accessories as well, because it seems that being one of the most profitable music artists all time was not really enough for a living legend like Richie, Apartment Therapy shared.

Although Richie has also confirmed that this may appear to be like a sudden change of career, he said in an interview that this was due to the fact that he has spent a lot of time in hotels which brought him a particular taste in terms of home products. He added that being a lover of luxuries such as hotels and spas, it is pretty natural for him to actually want a home that will represent his own style.

Not surprisingly, though, the singer had all his home items be replaced by his own homeware line, which created the most genuine showroom. The Richie homeware line features his elegant takes even on the simple items such as the salad bowl which costs $180 and the complete range of plate sizes that come in different patterns and colors that are offered from $96 to $320. Also, the pretty penny is priced from $15 to $1,300. This coming April, Richie will be launching his own collection of candles that are inspired by his songs, while a home line called LR Loft that is aimed at the younger market will be released in May.

Richie's candles will surely become everyone's perfect company as they soak themselves in the comforts of their tub while they listen to his memorable hit love songs, House Beautiful reported.
