New Truganina Residential Development Features Dinosaurs

What would it be like to see dinosaurs standing somewhere in the neighborhood.? Luckily, one of Victoria's will soon locality will be home to dinosaurs we have only heard about in history or in archeology.

According to Commercial Real Estate, A 22-hectare park in Woods and Leakes Rd in Truganina that is part of an Elpis Project, a residential development, will feature more or less a dozen dinosaur models. EIG Developments chief executive George Georgiou, a former city planner, said that there are 586 allotments and six townhouse sites offered to affordable housing market by the property that was launched Thursday. Moreover, the prices started somewhere as low as $175,000.

According to records, the 52-hectare site was obtained in 2014 $38.72 million. Besides this theme park that will feature prehistoric attraction, EIG Developments is also set to a three-level apartment building in Hampstead Road, Maidstone. EIG is subsidiary of Eureka International that exports goods like lambskin, wine, olive oil and meat. The new theme park and residential spot is expected to be a hit among buyers, as Hoppers Crossing market and Truginia down South are currently a popular destination for shoppers.

According to Commercial Real Estate, National Land Survey Program has cited Hoppers Crossing area as one of the biggest markets for two quarters last year. Director Colin Keane of National Land Survey Program said that, "As of the end of 2015, a record 4400 lots sold in the area. At the peak of the last boom in 2010, only 2800 lots sold"

And speaking of prospect residents, Mr. Georgiou said, "The residents will be a mixture of cultures, Indian, Chinese, Greek, Italian and Maltese, people who want to stay in the west or move into the area but in newer and better quality housing than they've had before."

With this it seems like the launching of the new prehistoric development was done in a perfect timing.
