Miami Curbed states that there are 5 fantasy islands that are listed in Florida real estate market. The prices of these islands range from $1.5 million to $15.8 million.

Report says the Florida islands for sale are listed from least to most expensive. First on the list is the Jewfish Key. It is not entirely the whole island. The property is actually not the entire island. It is a "2,400-square-foot home on Jewfish Key off the coast of Sarasota." This beach house comes with approximately 300 feet of private beachfront. It is sold for $1,000,000.00.

Second island that is for sale is 1030 North Island. It is listed for $5.5 million. The description reads "this particular oasis off the coast of Tampa stretches almost six acres and features an enormous resort-style pool. Water envelopes about 95 percent of it with road entry on one side."

Two islands are offered at $5.9 million. One is the Fanny Key in Monroe County, which has an area of 2 acres. The other one is Twichell Island in Stuart, which has 2.5 acres.

The final island listed for sale in Florida is Ballast Key. It is the largest island since it has a total area of 14 acres. That's why it is also sold for $15.8 million. "Ballast Key is the southernmost inhabited island in the United States. The seller is known as Mr. Key West."
