Mary J. Blige Net Worth: 'Grammy Award' Singer Still Looking for A Buyer for $13 Million Home

Even celebrities and A-list singers are facing a dilemma when selling their home in the market, let's face it, multi-million dollar homes are not cheap buys especially for the middle class working people. It would mean a lot of saving up to fulfill a million dollar home.

North Jersey talks about how Lisa Troyano-Ascolese of Engel & Volkers in Hoboken, a listing agent for Mary J. Blige home in Saddle River, is prompted with this scenario.

Troyano-Ascolese details how the home of Blige and other known celebrities are hard to sell out in the market.

"Whenever you have a property of this caliber, you are looking for a very specific buyer, which may keep the property on the market a little longer," she said in the outlet.

Apart from the price tag that the property costs, another factor that adds up to why the home is hard to sell out is mainly due to the fact that the property is not open for everyone. It is not a listing that any buyer can go see.

In line with this, the agent also declares that only prospective buyers that can prove that they could buy the property can be allowed to be entertained for a house tour.

"We want to make sure, given my client's celebrity status, that those viewing the property are in fact serious, qualified buyers," clears Troyano-Ascolese.

The house of the multi-awarded "I Can Do Bad All by Myself" artist lists her property in the market because she and husband Kendu Isaacs are frequently residing in Los Angeles according to Troyano-Ascolese.

The estate located in 119 East Saddle River Road has eight bedrooms, an indoor basketball court, a home theater, and a sauna. Currently, the home costs $13 million in the market and is still waiting for a potential buyer.

Mary J. Blige has an estimated net worth of $10 Million.
