In Sherwood, Oregon lies a tiny house and a tiny kitchen that can surprisingly sit a large group of people.
My Empty Nest blogger and creator M.J. Boyle was the one responsible for creating the unique-looking property after her kids graduated from college. According to House Beautiful, the construction of the property took a maximum of 15 months. As it turned out, her vision came to life, and every single guest who have rented the property was very pleased with it.
The tiny house comes with a small but spacious bedroom that is perfect for short sleepovers. It also boasts a full kitchen where you can cook lavish meals.
Meanwhile, at first glance, the property itself may not necessarily look very convenient or ideal for rent. However, the fact that Boyle was able to host a successful Thanksgiving party in the tiny house could potentially change your mind.
"The wooden countertops offer plenty of space for chopping and prepping, the relatively large appliances means she can cook and store food with ease, and the deep sink provides tons of space for washing dishes afterwards. However, our favorite part might be the wine rack that shows off a very full collection," the publication noted.
In addition, the tiny house with the tiny kitchen also comes with a secondary room that is perfect for younger guests. When not in use by the guests, the room can be transformed into a cozy reading nook. Otherwise, the space may also be used as an artist's studio and the like.
Now that you know some of the features that this petite house has to offer, ask yourself if it's something that you might want to rent out soon. If yes, make sure to call in advance and book it as soon as possible.
