The historic old house also exudes some distinguishable features such as an english kitchen, four fireplaces, a great landscape, and a pool.
Richard Ellis, a listing agent of Ellis Sotheby's International Realty, once said in the article that the Ding Dong house is "a charming house, with rich character and provenance."
He also added that, "It's a great place to cozy up in front of a fireplace or cook a country meal. On a hot summer day, go for a swim in the pool or boat in the Hudson. And if you get really bored, you are only 25 minutes away from Broadway!"
The house currently is priced at $3.25 million. Apart from Thurman and Hawke, the other celebrities who found their way into this home are Jerome Robbins, Margot Kidder, and Aaron Copland.
