"Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt" actress Ellie Kemper and husband Michael Konan bought a $2.8 million house in Upper West Side. Curbed details that the "Office" alumna's new residence is located in 325 West End Avenue and embodies some "elegant features."
The new Manhattan home of Kemper includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It also has a "fully-working kitchen that comes with wood cabinets and a full pantry." Apart from this, the co-op also draws in some interesting details such as "restored crowned moldings, French doors and large bay windows."
In line with the spacious area that the co-op provides, the 35-year-old actress will not have a problem inviting guests over their new home. According to the listing, the Manhattan residence has a "gracious living room" and a "decorative fireplace" which is perfect for a cozy retreat with friends and family.
Meanwhile, Today reported in late Jan. that the 35-year-old actress is indeed one big fan of Tina Fey who is the main woman of the Netflix show.
"I look up to Tina Fey a lot," Kemper told the outlet. "I've learned so much from her."
The "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt" star even added that Fey is a very "hardworking" person which is very consistent and focused on the job.
"She's a very calm, hardworking, focused person who is fair and kind to her crew," Kemper added. "She's all about the work. So, I really admire that and I try to emulate that quality in her. She never complains, which can be frustrating because I am a complainer, but around her I have to not complain."
Coincidentally Observer reported that Kemper is now living just blocks away from the residence of Fey who lives on 300 West End Avenue.
