Becoming a real estate agent and having a real estate license does not mean that you should stop learning. In fact, since you will be practicing, the more you should learn. Things and trends are changing fast; that is why as a real estate agent you should also learn about you not be considered as obsolete, so as your knowledge of the enterprise.
Even if you have the latest gadgets and support, if you don't have the necessary and relevant information and knowledge, you will still have a hard time. First-time real estate agents are dependent on what they have learned and studied, and they would likely miss some part during the actual transaction.
