Bloomberg reports you can jump in this celebrity community for only $3.25 million. Built in the mid-1700s and redesigned in the mid-1800s, "Ding Dong House" has four bedrooms and an outdoor kitchen but it does not have a swimming pool though. Shaped in 2,297 square feet, this house will give you a breathtaking view of the beautiful Hudson River.
However, this good view seems non-private as there is no gate installed around the house to keep paparazzi and invaders out.
Other perks for living in this house which is currently out in the market include being neighbors with Diane Sawyer, Al Pacino, Mikhail Baryshnikov, and Bill Murray whose houses are located in a small village 12 miles away from the George Washington Bridge in Orangetown, New York.
Moreover, records show that this Ding Dong House had been built prior to the American Revolution. It is also an abode to significant sculptor couple Francois Tonetti and Mary Lawrence Tonetti from the year 1898 until World War I. This iconic home, which is 25 minutes away from New York City, has also been the abode of actors, choreographers, and other extraordinary residents over centuries ago, Sotheby's International Realty reported.
