Pantone has released the shades which will be the color trends in the New York Fashion Week, but these colors which are perfect for fall can also be incorporated inside the home. The leading color authority released a combination of soothing neutrals and bold colors for fall, and House Beautiful found some style inspiration to add these color trends inside the home.

According to Pantone, these shades show the desire for tranquility, optimism and strength, which have inspired the colors for Fall 2016. Along with the earth tones, there are also strong vibrant colors which can be used for playful accents along with neutral tones. The blue shades may give the feeling of stability, while the red tones will show confidence and warmth. The pinkish and yellowish tones will add a exotic touch to any design.

One of the colors is called warm taupe, and according to Pantone, it is a hearty and pleasing color which can be paired with any of the top colors for fall. It was said that this color suggests reassurance and stability, and it is also timeless. It can be incorporated in the bedroom wallpaper.

Another color called riverside is cool, calming, yet strong and stable. It also displays subtle vibrancy and sophistication. The color would be perfect in a blue-themed home, and it can be painted on cabinetry to bring excitement to a dull kitchen. Meanwhile, the airy blue color complements the color of serenity, and it will make any formal dining room beautiful.

An earthly color called potter's clay adds a degree of sophistication and layering in any design, and it is also perfectly paired with any fall palette. This color is the best choice for headboard and walls inside the home.

Other Pantone colors include Aurora Red, Lush Meadow, Dusty Cedar, Bodacious, Spicy Mustard and Sharkskin.
