Connecticut Real Estate News: Two Luxury Land Parcels to be Offered at an Online Auction on February 24, 2016

The partnership between New England Land Company and Accelerated Marketing Group is proud to announce the auction of a pastoral 31+/- acre fairly flat development parcel bordering the Mianus River Gorge Reserve and a scenic 23+/- acre riverfront development parcel bordering the Mianus River in the wealthy Stamford/Greenwich region of Fairfield County Connecticut to be held at a live online auction on February 24, 2016.

"The February 24th auction is an unparalleled opportunity to acquire an upscale development parcel in the heart of New England's equestrian country where the bidders will be competing against each other and thus directly setting the sales price," said Todd Good, president of Accelerated Marketing Group. "With very few privately owned residential lots of more than 20 acres left in all of Stamford, the seller turned to my firm and New England Land Company to offer the properties at auction allowing the buying market itself to dictate the sales price. The seller is exercising a reserve of $2.4 million for Lot 1 and $1.2 million for Lot 2. Clearly, the seller is demonstrating great confidence in the market to dictate a fair sales price in the present intractable market."

According to their press release in PR News Wire, the online auction on February 24th will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00PM. There would be an open house off-site information sessions to be held at the offices of New England Land Company located at 135 East Putnam Avenue in Greenwich, CT on February 17th from 12:00PM - 3:00PM.

New England Land Company, Ltd., a locally owned and operated real estate company established in 1971, is Greenwich's most diversified real estate firm and a recognized leader in the Greenwich residential and commercial real estate industry.
