The lavish, picturesque home of "My Heart Will Go On" singer Celine Dion has reportedly dropped yet again a huge amount after it was initially priced in 2013 for $72.5 million. The six acres resort-like home of the 47-year-old singer is now reduced by $26 million and priced at $45.5 million.
According to Curbed, "Celine Dion continues to chop off the asking price of her Jupiter Island home. After listing the waterfront mansion - water park included - for $72.5 million in 2013 and lowering it to $62.5 million in 2014, the 10,000-square-footer is now asking $45.5 million."
The estate which is surrounded by water has a 912 square meter main house. It is known as the "Jupiter Island" and likely mimics recreation park's massive swimming pools. The estate has a "lazy river" which is composed and connected by many different types of pools with slides.
Apart from the "lazy river," Jupiter Island is also priceless for its beachfront view and it also has amenities such as a tennis court and a guest house.
According to Domain, this majestic property once even made Dion "fined" in 2008 for consuming so much water and to make amends with authorities. The mansion later on constructed six wells to supply the water needs of the pools.
The lavish estate even flaunts stylish interiors and complete amenities in the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The overall color that surrounds the house is white and every area is distinctly illuminated with its series of lighting.
Currently, the 2.2 hectares property is listed through Fenton Lang Bruner & Associates according to Domain and available for the price of $45.5 million.
Celine Dion has an estimated net worth of $630 Million.
