California Real Estate News: Bosa Development to Build the First Super Prime Residential Building in San Diego

Bosa Development has recently announced the details of their latest project, Pacific Gate, a luxury residential building that has an estimated completion scheduled for late 2017.

"My enthusiasm for San Diego and its potential to be a true world-class city keeps getting stronger since I first started acquiring land nearly 20 years ago. I want to give San Diego some of the best buildings on the West Coast and I intend to do that," said Nat Bosa, president of Bosa Development. "Cities on the international stage offer beauty, culture, and an authentic lifestyle combined with a thriving business sector. These cities are further distinguished by Super Prime residential real estate, which is defined by location, breathtaking views, iconic architecture, exquisite interior design, and exceptional amenities and services."

According to the press release of Bosa Development in Business Wire, the 41-storey Pacific Gate will offer 215 two- and three- bedroom residences, ranging in size from 1,240 to 2,608 square feet. Each of the residences will feature spacious master bathrooms with expansive windows and bright open layouts, as well as HBA custom-designed kitchens featuring: cabinets with grain matched cathedral veneer hewn from single lengths of wood, custom kitchen hardware by HBA, quartz counter tops, and state-of-the-art appliances from Wolf, Sub-Zero and Miele. Residents of the luxury hotel will also enjoy amenities and services, such as access to the Residents Only Guest Suite, the Chef Concierge, the Private Luxury Car Fleet, and the Private Boat Share.

New York-based architect, Kohn Pedersen Fox, designed the oval glass residential tower, in collaboration with Chris Dikeakos Architects. With the two-nested curved glass towers rising as a single column from a three-storey ground floor retail podium on the north and west sides of the tower, guests and residents of the tower can have a different viewing experience -- depending on the vantage point of the viewer -- mirroring the fluidity and transformation of the sea.

Two-bedroom residences are priced from $1.4 million, while the three-bedroom estates are priced from $2.9 million.
