Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty can now serve clients from Vero Beach and Indian River County with the recent acquisition of Norris & Company Real Estate.

According to the press release of Florida Realty in Business Wire, Norris & Company Real Estate is owned and operated by Vero Beach real estate veterans Gena Grove and Jane Schwiering since 1989. More than 50 sales professionals and support staff was added in the Florida Realty' team with the acquisition.

Both Grove and Schwiering will continue to work with Florida Realty as broker associates.

The acquisition of the Norris & Company Real Estate is part of the expansion series completed by Florida Realty since it has become a charter franchisee of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in October 2013. Other acquisition recently completed by the Florida Realty include Realty Unlimited in St. Lucie County; Cristello & Company and Elite Preferred Realty in the Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch areas; Main Street Realty International in Orlando; and new branch offices in Palmer Ranch (Sarasota) and Winter Park (Orlando).
At present, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty has 39 offices and more than 1,750 sales professionals serving 18 counties throughout Florida.
