Celebrity Homes: Miami Heat Guard Goran Dragic Buys Miami Mansion for $7M

Miami Heat's Goran Dragic just scored a Miami mansion worth a whopping $7 million. According to Realtor, with his recent purchase, the Heat guard now has the most expensive real estate transaction. The previously most expensive mansion on the area belonged to singer Enrique Iglesias who sold his home for $6.7 million in October 2013.

Listing details of the property reveal that the 6,500-square-foot Mediterranean-style mansion sits on a 23,000-square-foot lot. It has a total of seven bedrooms and five full bathrooms. It also has an office and French doors which leads to the outdoor pool. It also has an iron staircase and a wine cellar. The master bathroom features a large soaking tub.

The two-story house was sold unfurnished, but the master bedroom located on the second floor includes a walk-in closet. A spacious sitting area is also located on the second floor. The kitchen has built-in cabinets, a cooking island and a pantry.

The exterior of the mansion includes 120 feet of private waterfront, and the gorgeous backyard includes mosaic fountains, a cabana, an outdoor kitchen and a play area perfect for kids. The backyard also offers stunning bay views of Miami Beach and the city views of downtown Miami. It was also said to be the perfect place to enjoy the sunrise and sunset.

Since the home is located in a gated community, Dragic can ensure his security and privacy. The listing agent reveals that the community is one of the very few ones in the area which offers privacy like those in Bal Harbour, Fisher Island and Indian Creek Island. The location of the property is also close to two of the best schools in the area which are the Cushman School and Miami Country Day School. The Miami Design District is also a short walk away, while the artsy Wynwood is also not too far.
