Los Angeles Rams COO Kevin Demoff is all set to go back to California from Missouri, and he has listed his Missouri home in the market for $1.25 million. The property is located in Creve Coeur.
Realtor reports that Demoff was one of the people that bolstered the Rams' return to Los Angeles from St. Louis. The National Football League (NFL) American team is now known as the Los Angeles Rams, and the team last played as St. Louis Rams in January 2016 against the San Franciso 49ers.
According to St. Louis Business Journals, Demoff's Missouri home is modern and elegant, and it last hit the market in 2009. The property was sold then for $920,000.
Realtor reports that the home dates back to 2003 and measures 5,800 square feet. It has five bedrooms, and the listing details of the property describes it as "open and airy." The house's exterior is mostly decked out in white paired with tan roofs. At the side of the property is a lovely and relaxing outdoor area facing the lawn. It is fitted with plush seats and a small dining area perfect for hanging out and entertaining guests.
The living room features huge windows and features a minimalist yet attractive design. A fireplace, bookshelf and grand piano can also be found in the area. Meanwhile, the kitchen looks immaculate with its mostly white paint, with only the color of the granite countertop and dark stools serving as its contrast.
At the basement is where the "fully furnished" man cave can be found, which is equipped with a built-in home theater, leather seats and a wet bar.
Demoff previously worked with the Tampa Bay Bucaneers for four seasons. He was also with the Los Angeles Avengers of the Arena Football League from 2001 to 2004.
